KodKon is a platform that connects social media sellers with buyers through QR product links, seller pages, and fallback product codes. We provide:

• Bio link pages for sellers to share on social media
• Product link, QR card, and product code management
• Order management dashboard
• Payment verification tools (QR code screenshots)

As a seller, you are fully responsible for:

• Product accuracy and quality
• Order fulfillment and delivery
• Customer support and communication
• Handling returns and refunds
• Compliance with local laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate product information and pricing
• Using QR product links and codes only for products they are authorized to sell

KodKon is not responsible for seller actions, product quality, or fulfillment issues.

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Submit valid payment proof when required
• Communicate directly with sellers for order issues
• Follow the seller's return and refund policies

All transactions are between buyers and sellers. KodKon facilitates the connection only.

• All payments are processed directly between buyers and sellers
• KodKon does not hold, process, or manage payments
• We provide tools to verify payment screenshots (QR codes) only
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is handled entirely by the seller
• Sellers are responsible for managing their own payment methods

• Platform fees are charged only on successful paid orders.
• Fees are calculated as a percentage of the order value, capped per order.
• Cancelled, failed, or refunded orders are not charged (or fees are reversed).
• Free trial periods may apply based on seller eligibility or admin settings.
• Seller-specific fee overrides or trial extensions may be configured by KodKon.

You may not use KodKon to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass or abuse other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Receive multiple buyer complaints
• Remain inactive for extended periods

KodKon provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for:

• Product quality or delivery issues
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Payment processing failures
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
